I think if a huge bird was lowered onto you slowly you'd kinda see it coming.... its not like he completely fell at the speed of gravity. he took it and went with it.

besides, it wasnt like the teabagging of borat. which probably got him the golden globes.

Personally, I don't really like eminem, the music he makes or the image he presents. But, I do think eminen took it like a man. I don't think he couldve handled it better. I can say I've gained respect for him after this. He said some words that weren't appropriate for tv, but I understand, he was angry, we're not all perfect. A lot of people swear when theyre angry.

He could have sat there and taken it. Laughed it off and whatever. But IMO that would be taking it like a little boy. Taking it like a man would be walking away with some of his dignity still intact.

I'm glad to see he didn't resort to violence. Bravo eminem.

Apparently the first choice was Paris Hilton but she turned down to be a part of it.

He knew about it, just like Pamela Anderson was in on it during the end of the Borat movie.

It seems Eminem agreed to be the butt of Sacha Baron Cohen's joke at the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles but wasn't aware of just how naked Cohen would be when he agreed to the prank.

An MTV insider told Life & Style yesterday that show producer Mark Burnett cleared the stunt with Eminem beforehand. But the rapper got himself a (perhaps) unexpected faceful of Brüno goodies and left in a huff and a storm of invective.

"There's no way it was an accident," another insider who sat a few rows in front of Eminem told TVGuide.com. "You don't let two stars collide without a detailed plan."

Cohen, in character as gay Austrian fashion reporter Brüno, was wearing enormous white wings, a white leotard and silver thong that didn't leave much to the imagination as he dangled above the seats at the Gibson Amphitheatre. (Click here to watch the video)

The insider told TVGuide.com his airborne entrance was purposely detoured by speakers lowered into his path during the previous commercial break, and noted that the director cut to Eminem several seconds before Brüno's "fall."

What's still up in the air is whether Eminem's apparently angry reaction was part of the gag. As he tried hard to keep his face away from Cohen's bare rear, he exclaimed "Are you f---in' serious?" before his bodyguards removed Cohen and they all walked out.

I very much hope the whole thing, including the walkout, was planned. I kind of like Eminem and I really don't want him to be a humourless prima donna.

Another insider told Life & Style that Eminem was Burnett's second choice for the joke.

The first? Heiress Paris Hilton, who, luckily for her, declined to participate.
