I know - I wasn't allowed out past 8pm when I was 13 .... where are these kids parents?

And I have to add that I am by no means racist when I say this (my boyfriend is Chinese and feels the same way) .... but without further ado. . . .
- The Washing Machine -
for some reason on the west coast, LA and OC mostly, but these older asian folk can be seen on the bay of SF as well....
Imagine two people your parents age popping x, sniffing k, or swigging a capful of g, then going toward the middle of the dancefloor-near a speaker- or off in a dark corner. Then the male will place arms or hands on shoulders of the woman or they will join hands at an arms length and proceed to shake themselves senseless to the beat in a washing machine motion. They look possesed if you ask me, and it is very disconcerting to people who at least try to hide their high and enjoy the music.
Needless to say once you experience the washingmachine you will never be the same again!
we have a core group in Chicago too, although most arent too old

Good luck with that! Welcome to the most painful place to own a club in the entire planet.
But if you need credible promoters CHEMISTRY has pretty much worked for anyone worth a damn in this scene.

Let's just agree that "Asians" are the people who do the Washing Machine.
E-puddles are open for everyone, however.

Most of the time the 'candy kids' come without adult supervision. There have been a couple times that 16 year old and younger kids have come up to me with flushed faces asking for water because they 'don't have money.' It is to be expected at all ages raves.
