Planet Love Respond to ATB's 2nd statement:
Unfortunately ATB wants to try and defend his actions by blaming others and on public forums.
I will answer this for the final time in public. We are exonerated as far as I'm concerned and his mistruths are exposed. We have witness, upon witness, written records from flights, arrivals, hotel times and on and on so I'm in no fear of contradiction as I can back up everything.

as I see in some forums the organizers now try to tell the people that I refused the gig. Thats very funny and I..m very happy to have two witnesses that the organizers told me that I..m not allowed to play in front of Paul van Dyk.
Yes, he was asked to let Judge Jules play between him and PVD and was asked to play one hour early this is true
They tried to give me a settime from 8:30 till 10 because they supposedly had trouble with some late DJ..s! But I was not able to play at this time because I just arrived in the hotel!
Nonsense! He was asked to play his full 2 hour set from 8.45 to 10.45 (approx 9 to 11) to help us out. He was in his hotel from 3.30pm that afternoon of which we have proof, documented. Around 7pm when the problems arose, he was politely asked by artiste liaison at the hotel to play one hour early to which he point blankly refused stating it was 10pm to 12am or not at all. He then refused to leave the hotel unless we gave him the 10pm to 12am set. We had therefore no choice but try and put replacements in his place as he refused to move his time or leave the hotel. I personally contacted Judge Jules manager at 7.10pm and explained the situation, which he and the phone records will confirm, and he said Jules would be very happy to help us out.
As we asked at 9:30 for a transportation to the Venue a guy from the organization told us, we don..t have to go to the venue because my show is cancelled. The reason: I did not took the playtime 8:30 - 10! This was a shock!
Following us not backing down on the time change they then decided to get our people to bring them to the venue anyway. They arrived at the venue at 8.30pm, not 9.30pm as he states, (Perhaps this is a genuine error on his part as his watch was maybe still on German time, 1 hour ahead) but still well in time to perform at 8:45 or 9pm for a full 2 hours but instead of helping us he proceeded to hurl abuse and intimidate Judith..)
Anyway, we decided to go to the venue and talk with the organizers personally.
I TOLD THE ORGANIZERS, THAT EVEN IF THERE HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE SET TIMES I..M OPEN TO PLAY A SHORTER SET FROM 11-12! THATS ONE HOUR LESS! BUT THEY TOLD ME, THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME THIS SET TIME; BECAUSE OF PAUL WOULD CANCEL HIS SHOW THEN!
There was no question of cutting his two hour set, the request was simple, allow Judge Jules to play between his 2 hours and PVD's 2 hours. If we had not corrected the problem which Jules agreed to help with then Paul van Dyk would not have been able to perform anyway as we would have had no show. I know of no REAL reason or can not find any reason why on earth he wouldn't play one hour earlier. What was the problem? Same crowd, same arena, same 2 hour set why would he not help us with our show?
But one thing in the organizers statement is right! I was not in a very good mood... and I think everybody can understand that.
Everybody understand??????? Is he serious??? How about No! No, absolutely not. No one but no one should intimidate, frighten and verbally abuse anyone, let alone 3 males against one female. Absolutely and utterly unacceptable, disgraceful and obviously shows the character of the individual/s involved. This was my wife and I personally will not tolerate such behaviour against any of my staff least of all my wife. I think he is a disgrace to his profession for these acts alone. If I repeated what language and names he called Judith it would paint a very clear picture of him for all to see.
Of course the organizers never would tell the truth about having no balls to tell Paul van Dyk that they are the organizers of this event... not Paul van Dyk.
This statement is total hypocrisy. Yes, we are the organisers of the event and our requests should be politely accepted and ATB refused our requests to play one hour early. By its very nature ATB is guilty of the act that he has just accused Paul van Dyk of in the above statement
Since 10 years I have the same question! What is Paul van Dyk..s problem with my person?
After reading all these twisted excuses, it is now my total understanding and personal belief that contained within the above 2 statements by ATB is the real motivation behind his actions as to why he created this storm and refused to play Planetlove.
