If I were her boss, and I saw her like that, I personally wouldn't mind. She's not part of my company during her leisure time and, I'd probably have hired her because of her knowledge and skills.

The reason why I'm debating with you about it is because it is a pet peeve of mine as well. There's no such thing as "dressing your age". Some of the most authentic colleagues of mine dress up in a way that would strike some as too young for their age, but they look awesome because they're happy with the way they look. That's what matters.
