LOL, if it was between W+L and Jeff Mills I would definitely go to Wolf + Lamb. I've never heard Jeff Mills live and I know he's a fucking turntable wizard but I simply cannot get into the few sets I've heard.

So sayeth the Book of Marcy.

Awesome.

Finances. Jeff Mills is pretty fucking expensive, and if I do see him I won't be going out for a week or two afterwards.

I'll check these out. Every mix I've heard from Dyed Soundorom has been stellar.

Heh I already watched that, but good post. They're a solid group of people, they're really trying to create something special and I admire that. It's just a shame that Gadi & Zev have issues with mixing and Serato getting "messed up" or whatever the hell happens. I'm sure the Marcy crew doesn't really give a shit though

HA! typical hipster response. "already seen/heard/smelled/poked that, like omg that was so last year"

anyway, i admire them trying to fuse the BM vibe into deep house. it DONT work. they will fail. theres a reason their sound camp was way out by the trash fence. people are too happy there with too little attention span for underground house.

uhh...ok first of all I don't know what my response had to do with being a hipster. Fans of Wolf + Lamb/Rebel Rave probably saw it when they posted it up

2. That burning man story is kind of bullshit
