It's kinda like in Scotland, uni is free, and is free to everyone else from the EU... unless you're from England (where they have to pay).

Wait, you just reminded me of something, Derv. I remember I once worked with this Peruvian guy that passed the entrance exam in his fifth try or so, his documents were okay, so they let him in.

I'm almost sure Brazil has no special educational agreements with Peru.

I used to live near Toronto... maybe a couple hour drive away. I now live a 4 and half hour flight away.
