Love Poundin' Sensation

Omg.....absolutely incredible night. This is definitely one of my favourite parties, like ever. Everything leading up to it was epic too, damn what a good pre-party. For the event itself, the tunes were perfect the entire night, from start to finish. The Guv itself was so overly rammed (they need to limit ticket sales somewhat, that was retarded). So for most of Armin's set I was either in the Drink (where there was lots of space!) or upstairs dancing in Deluxe lounge with a nice view of the main room. I'm glad to have caught parts of Arnej's set in the Drink too, he was seriously awesome. The parts of Armin's set I caught were really good, but i missed out on a lot because the Drink was so good too. One of the memorable moments of the night for me was him playing Burned With Desire....wowwwwww I've been dreaming about hearing that played live in a club for awhile. and thennnnn comes the most epic part of the night for me. Tyas vs Patterson in the Drink. Pure madness. I lost one of my limbs at this point, still can't find it. Their set was so ridiculous I can't even describe. Thank youuuuuuu Tyas for playing One More Night Out, this was quite possibly the best moment of the night for me (even though there were way too many amazing moments....it was all one huge amazing moment). I stayed for a bit longer in the Drink to catch some of Signum before heading down for Patterson's main room set, since he was playing really well. Patterson just absolutely ripped the Guv up. It was slamming after slamming after slamming tune. And the relentnessness didn't stop when Tyas came on right after. I'm so happy for him that he finally got his dream of playing the main room guv. Back in December he mentioned we was so eager for an opportunity, and he definitely rocked it when the opportunity came around. Goddamn I love you Sean Tyas. After Tyas' set it emptied out a little bit, but filled up again really quickly because they closed to KH. This is what i like to see....and all access event where the house room shuts down way before the trance room. That is now it should be! A lot of people I knew left before Signum's set, and I'm sorry folks but you're all insane. Signum was......wow. I was expecting a pretty good set from him, but I was NOT expecting a set that was that incredibly amazing. It's been awhile since I've heard a closing set in the main room that was tailored so perfectly to the time of the night. Usually its either too many vocals for 6 am, or too slamming to close the night out with. But Signum played his time slot to perfection. Limited vocals in his set, and simply driving melodic trance (a lot of which had a classic feel to it) that was played slightly slower than the Patterson/Tyas intensity that was right before. This does NOT mean he played too slow (it was still fast enough for me ). Just an absolute perfect end to the night.
Overall, 10/10 the entire night though.
Top 3 sets of the night:
Tyas vs Patterson in the Drink, Patterson in main room, Signum in main room.

And now.......from epic party to epic party, almost time for Bal en Blanc!! What is my life.

Images I grabbed from the vid footage I took.

Holy shit I've never seen the Guv packed this bad. I manged to get in front of the stage for Arnej and Blake Jarrell, but for Armin I almost didn't make it. It tool me about 15 minutes to coax my way from the smoking entrance to centre front stage. I stayed there for almost half an hour and then my buddy wanted to check out the rest of the club. Never bothered to go into the main room for the rest of the night. I was diggin the vibe up in The Drink for a while. Awesome tunes to say the least. I managed to swing by Kook Haus for a bit and it too was very packed. We hung there for a bit as there was def more gals to check out.

Finally we ended up finishing the night in The Gallery. Checking out Joee Cons then later Deko-ze. I can't believe how fast the night went. I met many TOTA's which made the night for me. Most notable thanks to Shaya and Chinamon for the good company and light chit chat. I think this was the most I've chat with many of you in one night... too many to mention.

Well, you *did* hear BWD, just.. not in its original form hahahah. I'm really glad you enjoyed it, from the looks of Linda's vid (thanks again so so so much, hun ) it went off pretty well and nothing could make me more pleased. I just wish people would correct things as it's Armin's mashup and not this Andy van Hall fella, I'm afraid.

2 words = Epic Night!!!

Nice running into Ambercombie and Coxx.

Can anyone remember some tracks that ST and SP, Signum played in the drink?

Caught their sets in the main room and wished ST,SP had more than just an hour in the main room and Signum didn't have to close at 7:45 but at 9....
