I tend to find the environment is the biggest determining factor. In urban settings people are rushing to get somewhere, there is lots of traffic, and lots of impediments like stop lights. This all adds up to aggressive driving which you quickly learn if you don't act like everyone else you're going to get stepped on. Pretty quickly people start throwing rules out the window and stop treating others drivers as people, but impediments to their destination. Add to this people not paying attention and talking on their cell phone...

Old people. Worst drivers ever! Then really young people (both male and female). Busy talking on the phone, texting, doing makeup, fucking around with the stereo, drinking coffee or whatever while smoking blah blah blah. Just a lot of stupid behaviour and you add that to their desire for speed, and they are a disaster.

I have never encountered a bad asian driver and maybe this is because I have driven with more male drivers than female, but I feel safer when a woman is driving. I find that men are too aggressive, too speedy and often too distracted. Women get distracted but they are much calmer, not nearly as aggressive (usually), and don't seem to speed as much. AKA:

OHHHH and Canadian drivers at the beginning of every winter. Retards seem to think that they can drive like it's a clear summer day and get stuck in ditches all over the place, EVERY FUCKING YEAR! It seems to take a few weeks before people remember that winter time = drive slower/more cautiously time.
