hottest dewpoint on record i believe is like 105 in saudi arabia...which makes heat index values of near 60C very possible.

Well, in Brisbane 20 or 21C is pretty average for daytime winter temps. Night time averages about 13C, but it can get down to about 6 or 7C on super cold nights.

Sydney and Melbourne get heaps colder in the winter, and Tasmania (PKC-land) is colder again. I'm not totally familiar with their weather shizzle though.


super cold my arse. We were down towards -16c for about 2 weeks. Added into that the dampness of our air and that's cold. When you can't open a door because it's covered in thick ice non-stop for a fortnight is cold
