me too. and yeah, most of my meats are turkey, chicken, and fish. in fact the only red meat i eat is in steak form. i don't use ground red meat (i use turkey instead...but growing up we did).

i've done a real good job of avoiding fast good in the sense of burger joints. i haven't eaten at a wendy's/mcdonalds/bk in god knows how long. maybe Krystal in new orleans last halloween. fuck i was drunk lol.

but otherwise, i still visit fast food joins like panera, subway, jason's deli. :/
