I will def try the recipees.

To be honest - I know I said it before... but this first month has been easy. I was already eating veggie burgers and soy chicken.

I want to try this baked tostada salad that I saw on TV. Looks absolutely awesome. Lettuce + Black Beans + a cilantro/jalapeno pesto with tortillas baked nice and crispy in the oven!!

I am cuban so all I can eat black beans is just so win. Black bean burgerssss + Beans & Rice.. mmmmmmmmmm

the thread title confused me - i was just telling my husband i accidentally ate vegetarian today, then i come to the c0r and see this. of course, for me, it just justifies the massive amount of meat i will eat tomorrow at dim sum.

Do you like to try other people's meat? You know, like in tapas.

I don't have a problem with closet vegetarians, I just find it a little annoying when ppl feel the need to declare their eating habits, like it means anything to me. Sorry Mel, I can still happy you for. I hope you still keep your tummy, I might need to rub it some day for good luck.

Btw, I'm a Foodatarian, which means I eat all types of food anytime I like.
