You've said it your self but aren't willing to take the affirmitive stance on it. I would think that a person who is responsible for "simulating" something is more of an expert in the field theoretically then an investor.
An investor is simply in the game to make money and doesnt care about the nitty gritty details that make the machine run.

as an investor, you look at a company to see if its profitable and understand its expenditures relative to the industry that its in.

pkc I was referencing facts on the ground and statistics. Very important bits of info when determining the strength of a military.

Lilith even bitched about how the ADF is funded and has little ability to rapidly deploy its heavy forces to which I agreed. I said that the ADF can only rapidly deploy its light infantry forces (that includes APC/IFV that air-mobile) to conflict zones it might alone be involved with.

I was basically agreeing with her and she told me to STFU because I don't know shit because I troll people here or I am an asshole (she still can't get her facts straight on that either, she thinks I am Radagast and I post nude pics of female TAs ).

So yea, she negates her own views because I agree with her, which makes it kind of sad that her views are so easily manipulated.

And PKC, I write software to train military forces, and in a pretty extensive part of the field, communications (radios, networks, etc) so having a larger grasp of the fundamentals of armed forces and how they operate in different situations is fairly essential. You do not become a viable competitor in this field without at least some basic knowledge, and the ability to know who to talk to and what information to reference.
