Oh you may think that drunken layabout Sushi with his genial bird stalking ways and Lira with his love everybody, harmless sneaker tendencies might be the most obvious choice. In a pinch, you might even consider everyone's favourite hipster terrorist, Bas.
But what it really comes down to, is you want someone that really doesn't care about most of the COR, rarely posts, will brutalise and humiliate users like their first night in jail and leave a river of endless tears when they dare ask for leniency.
I'm a perfectly qualified a tyrant of most vile disposition and think its absolutely hilarious when people cry on the internet, so you know I'd ban entire countries just because I can, for the most petty of reasons!

(Im kidding, I really wouldn't want the responsibility of looking after this dump, which I guess is why no one does it.)
