Thats cool, on the nexus theres a cool feature called EQ curve where you can set it to a full kill of 00 db or -26db which is awesome. On the plus side are the effects which are so many.
The good thing is that traktor built inside, no other sound card needed, full digital signal path which even ups the quality man.

Exactly. I don't think the nexus will sound any better than the 800, which was very average at best, but downright horrible when even edging in to the red or with incorrect gain staging.

We'll wait to see but Pioneer do not have a good track record in this department. Bells & Whistles, yes, Sound and build quality, No.
