no i did say I was raised English and Spanish. But Quebec is fucked up that way. Since my dad was an irish immigrant, and my mom was a spanish immigrant, you go to french school, you speak french, you write french up until Cegep, your friends are french. I think i had 2 hours a week of english. That is why MOntreal has so many private schools compared to almost any other city. So maternal tongue, english. Written , french. The only thing with french is that you don't really learn the culture, so things like humour , things I could write in english, i can't do that in french.
I would say i just don't really pay attention. I wouldn't claim to be great. Adequate to get by in the world of business. And that suites me fine. I think to use my writing here as an assessment of how I would write if it mattered kinda lesbian.
