Solaris was great, Cliff Martinez is amazing.. my favorite of his was the traffic soundtrack. Was kinda blown away when I found out it's the same guy that played drums for the red hot chilli peppers

I keep meaning to check out the original 1972 Solaris

I meant the original by the way. Apparently stalker (by the same director) is really good too. Have you seen it?

I've seen Stalker, as well, along with several other movies by Tarkovsky. The Mirror and The Sacrifice are also really good, but my favorite from him is probably Solyaris.
