i tried using AudioGnome, but for some reason i can't connect to the severs, i keep on getting forcefully rejected.... What's that all about??

Basically, all the popular filesharing progs (and download managers)(not napster) has spyware on it. if you had good firewall running, you'll see buttload of outbound requests from these spyware. I just deny the requests! *LOL
Zone alarm (free) is one of the best firewall out there. but i heard it won't detect's bearshare's spyware, you'll have to manually delete the files in question (newdotnet file). Nor adaware either, not until 5.0 comes out.
