Most well planned forums have an off topic thread. I understand there is a "Chill Out Room," but it's not located in the East Coast (Yeah okay, New York) forum so it's not quite the same.

well i used it for talking not for post counts.

Yeah i agree make it so that post in there don't count so we don't have people coming in there to spam and just get their post count up.

Look at it this way, if were not chatting in the PPR, were making several new threads a day and chatting in there about stuff that could have been talked about in PPR.

How about this, instead of making a PPR... make a thread called the "Northeast Chat Room"
