Well.. its actually not the International criminal court.. but the international court of justice i was refering to.

I remember reading that it was the Nicaragua vs. US case where they get accused and charged for the crime of terrorizing the civilians of this latin nation.

ok if its the ICJ then ya i could see that taking place.
i looked over the page initially but im too lazy to read it but i do belive you now, however if we're talking about that organization (ICJ, the same one that is trying milosovec now) then i doubt the US is the only one that has been accused of terrorism.
