I too would also prefer a meet-up @ 11:30...
I get home from work @ 8pm, so it doesnt leave me much time to do much. Plus its about 30-40minute drive to the Sydney Showgrounds.

BUT, it is all good, if 10:30 is the case, I can meet up with you guys later if possible.
