I never said I was a rich bastard....rofl....I was simply pointing out to flec that he should go buy a legit copy or 3 of the ones he liked the most. Then infinity_high pointed out that he does not like the music anyway which is true. Most gu's I've got, I found in the used cd store at the kennedy commons which is a great way to acquire gu's or any other cd's for that matter. You have to check in there often because they don't usually have that gem every week but if you check in often and get lucky like me..you will find a bunch. Currently I'm after the classic gu001 and 005 in the used cd stores..nice going to the bank...cuz the store is 3 stores over from it.

Man i really enjoyed listening to GU24. It was a good change from the usual 140 bpm, and i've been looking for a different sound in a while. I'm definitely gonna hafta sex up my girl to these cd's ...ferry corsten @ dancevalley 2000 is just a tad too fast hehe. But that's my point pretty much, different music, for different situations. Too much of anything makes you sick of it. And can't wait for GU25!!!!
am I missing something?
HMV sais the album is out on April 8th. So does Amazon.Ca.
I refuse to download this GU! I've got plenty of Gu from KaZaa.
Judging by GU: BUdapest and Mindcirus(..way out west song), Nick Warren is promising.
like everybody else, can't wait till the GU025! Perfect combination! Greatest city, awsome artists, and the best prog series. GU RockS!
btw, I recently downloaded Sasha's GU013 Disk 1, and I'm just not too fond of it. eh, I guess it has to grow on me. GU:Mosocw and GU: Budapest sure did.

I'll check this out. I've heard a little bit of it, sounded like a gro0o0ovy set. I'm still looking forward to the Deep Dish GU.
btw, you guys really need to grow up (ya, sounds funny coming from someone my age doesn't it? )....I'm waiting to see the day where I can view a review/opinionative thread without the constant bitching and whining from TAs...

Cd1 gets better with each listen. I fuckin love it. It's so well-peiced together. This is what GU needed. Such a nice breath of fresh air.
I'm really curious to see how Deep Dish follows this one up...cause I'm a little skeptical that they'll be able to meet the standard that Nick Warren just set; but hey, if they do, then better for us

the standard/level of *quality* that this CD is packed with!! I'm so glad he went with such a diverse style. He went with a lot of unkown and unreleased shit, not to mention pieced it together in such a unique style to give it that afterhours, cool (temperture-wise) feel to it. I'm really curious to see what DD does with GU025. I'm expecting it to be a kickass progressive house cd just like GU021, but not much more. Not even P. Diddy's track () will help. I doubt it will deviate much from what we've heard before, unlike GU024 which has a really unique sound and feel to it.
And if I'm proven wrong and Deep Dish does go out of their way and throw something really new out, then I'll gladly eat my words

I totally agree with you. CD1 is on repeat at home, it's on my MD while at school...and I even listen to it for a little bit when I go to sleep. Very calming
