Having a lean body is accomplished with dedication to diet and cardio. Many people assume that cannot be achieved without supplements because they can't see themselves saying no to junk food, pizza, fast food, etc. There are no chips, soda, cheese, or sweets in my house, but that's just the lifestyle of me and my roommate.
