Glutamine is an amino acid naturally-produced by the body that uses protein to build muscle in the muscle-rebuilding phase. When one consumes high-levels of protein (whether it be with food or powder), glutamine and other amino acids assist in this process.
Having a lean body is accomplished with dedication to diet and cardio. Many people assume that cannot be achieved without supplements because they can't see themselves saying no to junk food, pizza, fast food, etc. There are no chips, soda, cheese, or sweets in my house, but that's just the lifestyle of me and my roommate. |
i dont eat sweets, pizza, junk food or fast food (dont even drink pop) and i pretty much always eat proper foods. Not now but back a year ago i used to work out a lot and do a lot of cardio, i would even have a cardio day. I was in amazing shape but i was never as huge as that guy in a photo and i did work out a lot and properly, obviously it's different with some people but there is no way i would believe the guy in a photo did not take some serious suplements to get that body, especially the biceps (creatine?). When i worked out i only did protein powder but that alone is not enough.
