Better than mine at the moment, they're asian students, they're about 20something and they're having a baby. How do I know this? Because they're practising all the time, about 4-5times a day, any hour of the day.

They practice a lot, in a very loud vocal manner.

I fix this by playing this really, really loud...

It kills the mood pretty quick smart.
