I'm sorry to break it to you, but I've never really done many supplements at all (only started what I'm doing now in the past couple months, and I'm adding a few more in prep for Miami and the coming hotness), and I've got arms bigger than him, and I'm just as lean. 1 hour of cardio 5 days/week, no carbs after 4, no food after 8, very little saturated fats, if any.
If you did/do the same, I guess different people are different (which is true), but I don't want to turn this into a pissing contest in this thread, as I am usually not vocal about myself, and do all that I do only for my own satisfaction.
