Well honestly,

if you've got the money to dish out for
1. a new BB
2. 3G surfing

its a prerry effin good upgrade. If you download opera mini, you have computer style surfing on your BB.

Its pretty much a no-sacrifice BB. if you want wifi AND gps, its got it. If you want solid speakers, or audio out, its got it, etc Although, no CDMA, but who uses that anyway...

I've got Opera Mobile 9.5 going on my Touch and holy shit it's good. It almost redeems the phone's shortcomings for how goddamn good it is.
