he has potential, but the problem with him is that they threw him into the lineup too soon instead of letting him develop in the ahl. He is not a strong skater, so they expected him to be a power forward, the problem with that being that it is usually a style that needs to be developed properly if you aren't 6'5 225 pounds.
not a 1st line player, and a bit of a defensive liability.
Max Paciorety might take his place.
our best scrappy player is maxime lapierre or mike komisarek imo.
Read in the paper last night that Habs are probably after Lecavalier or O. Jokinen.
I don't think they'll sign either one of them, but if OJ played for the Habs, that'd be a dream come true for me (maybe even him lol)

i will believe it when i see it!
too many rumors not enough facts! Montreal is like that.
I would rather see vinny, but how much would it cost? Phoenix wants to sell jokinen cheap, but what use is a player that has never played a playoff game in his career? He is also said to be a cancer in the dressing room, so while talented i would be wary of giving too much for him.
The pick up of Mathieu Schneider looks genius right now, 39 years old or not since he has been back the power play is unstoppable and looking like the best unit in the nhl it was last year.

Umm.. Well.. Can't say I've heard that one, for us he was captain with a capital c, loves pressure and always plays for the fans.
Speaking of cancers, I can't think of a single Finnish NHL player that would fit the description (honest!). Niinimaa was, but he's not in the NHL anymore.
