Excellent setup! Just wanted to know what you thought about those spacetec stands? Are they worth the price? And which one do you have? Does it include the base for the turntable or is just the CDJ stand? And are they rock hard study or do they give some when you use the CDJ? Sorry for all the questions, but I am really interested in knowing a little more about the stands from someone that actually has them. Thanks. |
Thank you I absolutely love the spacetek stands, they come with the base that my tt is on top of, but the base is heavy enough to use the cdj without a tt on the base. The stands are rock solid, i didn't tighten all the bolts up very tight and when im using the jog the cdj doesn't move at all. I have no experience with any other stands, but i would highly recommend these stands if you can afford them. I needed the extra space as i barely have enough room for my laptop on my desk, so it was well worth it for me, if you don't really need the extra space then im not sure if you'd wanna spend so much on the stands... No complaints, well except for the price
Feel free to ask any other questions you have, i'll be happy to respond to the best of my knowledge.

My back hurts just looking at that setup. Move your comp behind your decks for gods sake. |
Read. I'm waiting on my laptop stand...

Why didn't you just buy a better pair of monitors instead of spending money on those crappy hardware? |
Better monitors? Hah... Lemme see your setup. Don't bash something until you've actually heard it. Behringer's products are honestly the best for the price.
Also, don't question a college kid's budget.

As far as I'm aware, Behringer only makes shitty dj mixers and other strictly dj-related products. |
This is true... their DJ stuff sucks.

I thought they were rather decent when it comes with pure audio and production products. |
yup.
