No Wet Grooves at WMC

Greetings. I'm afraid there we will be no Wet Grooves at this year's WMC for the first time in 9 years.

I am overwhelmed with production on 3 films and a TV show that will not allow me to dedicate the time needed to properly promote a show of its magnitude.

Its a bit disappointing but there is a silver lining...Wet Grooves will be back bigger, better & wetter this spring and summer.

I will keep you all updated.

Wait - the fifth already has an event that night - WTF? Is the Fire It Up party a daytime event then? Seems odd if it is cause its indoors.

DO NOT JINX IT FOR THURSDAY!!! haha. Either tuesday at a different location or wednesday(unless the gareth emery and andy moor party is this day) or friday. Not thursday or saturday please!

yea cuz isn't the Opening WMC event with Dirty South, Serge Devant, & Faarsheed that night

ok well I checked the want tickets site and it does have the Halliwell, JOC, and Tyas listed for that day (3-25) @ the Fifth...as well as the Dirty South event too

I wouldnt purchase tickets till something is fixed here. I mean you would get a refund and pay for presale price but its odd. Are both events priced the same? With two listings on wanttickets we know the events aren't the same. So something is up

$20 presale for both

what about myspace for the artists from both events? Does it give location for those from the two different parties? Maybe the myspace page has it correct.

Sounds great. Hope U R right. Either way they need to send Dirty South to go play south of the border that night, or maybe in the alley behind the club. The Haliwel lineup is insane, and to my knowlede this is a one room club. So get Dirty South and whoever else was supposed to play the fuck out of there
