yea that's gonna be me pretty soon. it's summer time so it's really slow at the restaurant (my 2nd job) and i'm only on the schedule 2 nights a week now, so i was thinking of rejoining the gym since i'll have the time. i can't just go home and do nothing, it's weird. i used to be so lazy and slobbish,and had no problem vegging out in front of the tube, but now i'm the opposite. i have to stay busy all the time. gym, cleaning, reading a book, going to the store....SOMETHING. lol

I have this problem too. I used to think it was simply because if I sat still, I felt guilty for not doing some kind of work. But I'm to the point now where I have a hard time even sitting through an entire DVD with the kids. That has me wondering if it's something else entirely.

haha i have a friend that is the same but thats cause shes been working 2 jobs since she was 16.

haha it just has to do with the fact you have always been a busy person and its very very hard to not be.

i'm not sure. i think mine might be a little bit of ADD or something. i could probably benefit from taking ritalin, but i don't. i've just learned how to manage it and work around my neurotic brain and way of thinking. it's like i'm always trying to find ways to beat my own brain so i remember things. hahah i have post-it notes everywhere, i send myself emails and text messages etc... lol

i can't take naps any more either. i'll be tired and think, "hmm i should lay down" and then i go to lay down and then i start thinking of all the things i need to do, so then i realize at that point, that i'm wasting time laying in bed when i know i'm not gonna sleep, so then i get up and start sweeping or doing something constructive. lol

i think i just have an overactive mind and i'm in this mode lately where im just on a mission to get things in order and get shit done all the time.
