5. Please get rid of Farnworthless. Dude has two pitches, the straight 100 mph meatball and the ball 2 feet outside.
6. Put Phillip Hughes into the starting rotation and let him grow. Don't minimize his innings too much or he becomes Jaret Wright, capable of only pitching 5 innings. Guard his arm but still stretch it out a little. Fine balance there.

8. Don't waste dollars on middle relief guys who always end up being overpaid bums. Keep trying to find guys like Bryan Bruney, they are always out there at reduced rates
9. Develop that farm system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you have Wang, Cano, and Melky it frees up more money to sign other guys. Like signing Carlos Beltran you freaking nimrods instead of Damon a year later. |
Matsuzaka, not zuka. 
His fastball looks sooooo flat. But he's pretty damn good. It's gonna cost about 20 - 30 million just to talk to him, which is crazy.
