if he beats the pistons, he's DEFINATELY best player in NBA...
he beats the fuckin SPurs...
LEBRON > JORDAN
yeah I said it, its the fucking CAVS!!?!?!?!?!?!
that team is shit without him... |
um, it was the fucking BULLS?!?!?!?!?!?!
Jordan NEVER had a good center, and before he came back from retirement, his teams were always mediocre, at best. Yes, he had Pippen, but Pippen was only good because of Jordan, and even then, he was just above average. Nobody else on those early teams was any good.
Now, the later ones, with Pippen, Rodman, Ron Harper, Kerr, & Kukoc...those were the best ever, imo, but that's not how Jordan started, and Lebron hasn't won 72 games, last time I checked, not to mention 6 championships, never missing the playoffs, and being a perennial 1st team defensive player.

Best part was having Marve Albert announcing all of Jordan's old games, and now he is announcing LeBron's. What a wicked combo.
Mr. James put on a clinic last night after the Cavs failed to pull a head at the end of the fourth. Cleveland did a good job of shutting down Detroit during the first three minutes of the 4th, which allowed James to rest, and come back to a tied game.
James then allowed the rest of the team to play as they may, and try to get some buckets, to no avail. It was the right time to take over and the Pistons were helpless.
Monster jams, unreal lay ups, fade away three's(!?)...he did it all.
All hail King James.
As for the comparisons, you must wait till the end of his career, otherwise nobody measures up. Greatness should be based on results and not potential, otherwise we would have a lot more Jordan's out there.
