I still can't get over how amazing Danny Howell's Final Set at ARC, NYC (2004) is. Wow.

On a similar note, I recently read the reviews of his May 20th set at Stereo in Montreal, which reportedly went into the afternoon the next day, and which confirm my appreciation for his considerable talents.

I guess my new found appreciation comes on the heels of my admitted ignorance/insanity of not really "getting" his Essential Mix earlier in the year, until after I saw him perform at the Guv (the night of Moby). It wan't until then, for whatever stupid (stubborn) reason, that I relistened to the mix and "got it"...

Absolutely love Howells now. The guy is machine. Definitely in my Top 5.

Andrew, you have a lot of catching up to do then. There's a ton of CD's he's got that are "required listening", not just the GU Miami. ALthough that's a ridiculous compilation.
