I had a massive sinus headache that morphed into a full-blown migraine. It hurts.

OK I need to stop partying so much...
I know some of you guys have grown out of it, and when I am hungover I feel the same. But then 3 days go by and then I want to do it all over again.
Any suggestion on how to calm down from that scene?

you just need to hit rock bottom...or at least come close to it. everyone's different though, but when you're fed up with it, you're fed up with it. at least that's how it was for me. i reached a point where i took a step outside of myself and was like, "ok this needs to stop".
start hanging around people who dont party like that. that's a start.

Wait until you're ready.
I retired because it got to the point where going out and getting all ******ed at a club all night (and morning) just became more work then fun. It really started to feel more like a chore to me then anything else. Sure, I would have fun while I was at the club but I would dread the hours before hand because I was wroght with questions of whether or not I should bother, and afterwards, I was pissed at myself because I was unfit to enjoy all the normal things I would do on a Saturday or Sunday had I not gone out the night before. Essentially, the opportunity cost associated with partying until sunrise just got too high for the benefits.
Really, I think I spent two years building up to retirement. Things just got progressively less fun and once the fun was gone there was no point in partying anymore. You'll get there, but enjoy it while it's still fun.

i dunno yet. i'm not really affected by it. met the guy once at my dad's wedding 5 years ago. he was an actor in L.A. with a past drug problem. not like a major actor obviously, but he's been in a few big things like Pearl Harbor and a Moby music video. he seemed like a fun guy. had a band and stuff too, i heard some of it. typical pop/rock stuff. i mean, even though i can't stand my dad's wife, that's still pretty horrible to lose your little bro so young, so i just feel bad for her and my dad. i wonder if it was drug related. sounds shady that he was just "found dead in his apt".

For some reason Joey Tribbiani came into my head at this point.
