really? you can create the same effect in photoshop. just go under filters > lighting effects. click the style drop down menu and choose 'blue omni'. select the colour square and change the colour to around turquoise-ish. voila. you can play witht he size of the light and add a water effect on top by distorting it with a ripple or wave. heh. same result, think it's less of a hassle than bryce too. with the rendering in all. shouldn't take more than a minute to do.
