175 and steady from 198 in april

im aiming for 150-160 cardio'd out then muscle up to 170 on a protein steady diet..

i'd love to target 150 by mid august, i should be able to shave 15lbs by then...lean up a bit then hit the weights again

right now just doing some light lifting before cardio to keep my muscles intact. doing isolated workouts across the week, chest one day, biceps another, 3-4 exercises with middle weight about 4-5 sets in average reps.

running a 9min mile for 2.5-3miles after my light lift..

15lbs more...target 15lbs!
