Totally agree except for that last part. There are some pretty uneducated people in here who dont know trance pre 99. Some of the so called classics really arent.
Some more to add that i cant believe havent been mentioned so far
Orbital - Belfast (1991)
FSOL - Papua New Guinea (1991)
Marmion - Schonenberg (Fuck knows 92/3?)
Orbital - Lush 3 (1993) - how this is has been left off, ten million times better than Halycon and the best trance record ever imo.
Jam & Spoon - Oddyssey to Anyoona (1993) - Better than the Age of Love or Stella imo.
Humate - 3.1 (1994/5?)
Sasha & Maria - Be As One (1995) - until Airdrawndagger, his best work. If ur after a true trance classic, this is it.
Chicane - Offshore (1995/6?)
HHC - We Are Not Alone (1996)
Paul Van Dyk - Forbidden Fruit (1996)
Freefall - Skydive (1997?)
Tilt - Rendezvous (1997)
K90 - Deliverance (1998)
Breeder - Twilo Thunder (1998)
Jose Amnesia - The Eternal (1999) - was 99, not 2001 as earlier stated.
Purple Haze - Genetic (1999)
Quivver - She Does (1999)
Sander Kleinenberg - 4 Seasons EP 1/3 (1999)
Nautious - Amber (1999)
The Thrilseekers - Synaethaesia (1999) - Probably my favourite modern trance record i think.
Bodyshock - Full Moon (1999)
Solid Sessions - Janeiro (2000)
Laurent Garnier - Man With The Red Face (2000) If ur gonna have Knights of the Jaguar down as trance, then u have to have this too. Techno really.
Shmeul Flash - Chilling Moments (2001)
Probably more, but thats all of the glaringly obvious ones that i can think of at the moment.
Classics are partly down to personal taste, but ur list is quite funny at the minute. A mix of obvious classics and some really average records.
