Haha, sorry about that. I guess I misunderstood your question, thinking that you were asking about tickets to the event itself, not for a shuttle bus.
I guess you'll just have to wait a bit longer for that info.

I just want to know what's stopping people from buying a 1 day pass and staying the whole 3 days?

Are there actually bouncers going around checking people's stubs?

You need a wristband to walk in or near the party...A 2 day pass is only valid from noon saturday so you can not present a ticket for a wristband before then (say on the friday). It is possible to pay at the gate for a Sunday only wristband...but once again, the price for the 1 day is only cheaper on Sunday.

Shuttle bus tickets will be available soon @ NUMB and online @ tripledecks.com - The way it works is pretty simple:

1st - go to the wemf website: www.wemf.com
2 - Check your prefered departure time under the bus schedual (you will see a chart of all the bus departure times and seat avialability)
3 - if seats are available you may purchase a bus ticket in advance and you have a reserved spot on that bus
4 - if you dont buy a bus ticket in advance then c heck the website to see which bus has leftover seats and go to the bus pickup point to wait on standbye.
