And no they will never be rich but shit they should be granted some kinda finacial support on our part especially when the scene is really down at the moment.. but like i said probably is way to much to ask for with most of you people ... btw back to mp3s i never said mp3s are bad its just people cant always take and never give either... but this all started by people bitching about producers stop producing and im telling you this mp3s have made records sales drop so i mean if you want free mp3s u also have to shell out some dough and support these people.. or you can sit here and tell them they dont deserve the money.. because i think thats extremely hypocritical i bet you wouldnt say if you were producer and all your tracks you dont see any kind of money going back may 1000$ for the track because the label cost to press the record was more then all the sales...which happen time in and time out ...and then you can say these guys want to be rich thats bs i think they should get something for what they do and not have to cut loses because some morons dont feel like shelling out some cash once in a while... all im saying is dont bitch in the near future when this industry goes to shits even more. Support is spread extremely thin in this industry yeah you can go to shows and all but fact is producers arnt getting booked djs are you go see dj spin and pay to get in supporting the dj...doesnt support the producer buying records support the producers!

one more thing yeah djs can be grafeful for mp3 world to bring the fan based more globaly but that doesnt mean that these producers shouldnt get a penny our of the music and that people should just leech freely

what do i give back in return to djs and producers? I give back enuff to them just by coming out to their shows and telling my friends to check their tunes out. Thats all a musician needs, recognition and respect. You sound like just because someone makes music, you have to go out of the way to pay them back by buying this and that. There are a shit load of musicians out there that create and play music just because they just want ppl to hear and appreciate them. . .and that itself is a more valuable reward than money.
The support you talk about is financial support and honestly, i dont think half of these producers give a shit about the money. . . .except ian van dahl. Sure, pressing vinyl costs money, but that is the type of investment every musician has to make to express their work. You dont see musicians complaining how they have to pay all this money for their instruments. The support that keeps them in the business is not money, but from the roar they get from the crowd.

it's sad indeed but artist overload excessive expectations and other personal projects you'd like to follow up on cause you to not feel fulfillment with what you're currently doing show honesty upon yourself and others.

wish em luck with what they currently are planning on doing.

looks like your tyring to make excuses ...hey btw what do you want to be when you grow up ...are you going to school .. i mean do you want to grow up to be certain someone and have your own business or what ever ..well what if everyone said ok you dont need to get paid just the respect and eknowledge of you doing what you do is enough you dont need money. i bet you sit back and say wait a min all the tiem i put for school all the time i tried to create something i love to do and i dont even get any finacial support out of it ??? i bet you bitch like a little kid if life was that way wouldnt you. So why the hell is the music industry not the same thing.. just because certain people make money for what they do doesnt mean they are selling out ..there is a difference to make track souly to know it will sell and make more money which is selling out or making money with the music you absolutley love which isnt selling out. all you can say hey these producers dont want to make any kind of money then let me tell you this why do djs take certain gigs and dont take others especially during new years or certain tim eof the year because they can make more money .. and no its not selling out but its like anything else in the world people like to have a job that they absolutley love doing but it doesnt mean because they love they shouldnt get paid for it. Yeah you give enough just let your self think that ...who ever said djing and being a producer isnt something u have to put an huge investment in because you obviously seem to think these producers jus make tracks so freely didnt have any money put in and its all fine and dandy that they shell in a lot of cash to produce the track with the equipment and then second off the labels put money to release these tracks for you guys and they lose money out of it this happens often in this industry but hey you probably could care less because hey you do enough .. FOr instance you go out to eat a waitress does a good job in waiting the table you tip them for there services because its out of respect...so tell me how is that any different for these people to put out tracks for you guys time in and time out and all you can say is i support but i dont ever should have to pay for anything back to them . sounds very ignorant let me tell you and very selfish.. would like to see if you would go to your favorite dj or artist and tell them your side of things as you told me see how they would react jus because you got all your stuff for free all these years wouldnt hurt to pay once ina while ..but keep on making excuses its easier to do that as well

oh one more thing this is the real world everyone needs money to keep there life going now a days this isnt la la land where no one needs money remember that people have family and kids to feed!

why would i make excuses? I dont know u and i could give two shits about what you spend your money on. You can go out and buy all the records and cds you want just to "support" your fav dj or producer. But dont come bitchin that hes sold out a year or two down the line. Its your money. You sympathize the fact that producers are getting jipped because theyve spent all this time and effort to produce music and not getting paid because ppl dont buy their records. Well lets settle this right now. Ask any producer out there. . .i dont care, ask dresden if you want since hes a TA . .. and ask him why he produces music. And i guarantee u "making money" wouldnt even be in his top 3 reasons.

and since you brought up waitressing. . . .

when was the last time you heard anyone waitress for free and when was the last time you heard someone play music for free.

I rest my case.

**and i believe the best musicians are the ones that play for free.

rest what case lol ....i never said the reason why they produce was for money but the fact its a career adn they deserve more and its just sad to see people like you who dont think that way who think paying for records once in a while is to much to ask for its a shame ... i mean go up to dresden and tell him give me all your tracks even ones that arnt released yet i doubt he would give every track of his so freely over to just anyone why is that because hey they think there work is worth more then to be just free for everyone. your quote," and i belive the best musicians are the onces that play for free." its what best for you i guess ...right??... and please dont put words in my mouth when i say that producers make tracks just to make money i never said that all im saying is that like for the last time is that these artist should get little more support finacially because they deserve it ...mayb you dont think these djs and producers deserve to make money well thats a shame on your part. but i sure think they should and i feel people with views like you that think 10$ for a record once in a while is to much while they sit at home enjoying there new mp3s and haveing endless music for non stop isnt worth few bucs once in a while to just tell the artist hey i appreciate what you do and here how is that respect?...i mean if producers didnt care one bit about money i mean why the fuck do they release records???? wouldnt it be easier just to release it on mp3 and have the world pass it around would be faster why to get the music around wouldnt u think so why spend the money on release records .. because in life you deserve something atleast... But hey myb those producers shouldnt ever think there hard work is worth anything because hey you know everything and you sure dont think there music is worth anything so mayb its not.... i guess its just worth it just for it to be FREE!!!

honestly stop being a little putz and support your djs and producers because from what you told me you sound like a stingy prick! i mean for instance what for some odd reason mp3 wouldnt exisit anymore what would you do??? Go buy records or would u just stop listening to the music.... if you would buy records then whats different then buying records now and helping the scene because everything needs some kinda of money backing it.... or would you stop listening ?? then your true colors would show if your a true fan or not. and you said about would you ask a waitress to work for free and would you ask dj to spin for free ...so what about producers??/ many dont dj many dont perform live so where is there end of the bargain??? i bet you dont dj or produce because i think your views would be differently if it was on the other end of the spectrum i guess everyone is to there own ... just hope some day you understand then life isnt a free ride that you have give to recieve ... ever heard that term " its better to give then to recieve" thats because better things will come to you if you think about others!

all i have to say never thought people would be so CHEAP!!!!!!! PATHETIC

errr... yeh not to metion her sweet rack and killer ass.

this news surely sucks, i long believed that marco was the true driving force behind flutlict/s.h.o.k.k. productions and to have him depart the scene is truly a shame.

but in saying that kudos to him for being true to himself and not selling his fans short, he's not only a prodigious talent but he's an honourable person.

good luck to not only marco but also dani and claudio, thanks for the tunes.
