No, no, you are thinking of the one in the Embarcadero Center....

This one is MUCH closer. 3rd & Howard - Maybe a 10-12 minute walk from 1015...or about a 3-4 minute walk from my work (I work on 2nd & Howard)...5 minute walk from 111 Minna, too.

Time wise, will have to confirm with David Lewis to make sure Armin will be here and free at a time we make the reservation for.

Then we have to take a roll call of who is going to attend, and give a few days so everyone has a chance to see the roll call.

OK, scratch that (original post mentioned a place called Maya)...

More I think about it, I think Jillians would be a great place (Jillians is a part of the Metreon). It might be a tad loud, but if we can get a table or two (each can hold like 10 people) in the corner of the subterra area or something, I think things will be quiet enough and the lively atmosphere the place has overall would make it a lot more fun than sitting at a table in Chevys waiting around for AvB to show up.

So yeah, Jillians is my choice. It's on 4th Street between Mission and Howard (basically on the corner of Howard), and is actually a tad closer to 1015 than Chevys is.
