if anything happens this friday when armin is playing, i will seriously smack both azim and tazix (yes, i'm a shy and quiet person, but i do get angry sometimes)

nothing wrong will happen on friday, its goldclub too and they have their shit together....only problem i see would be the oppening set being really bad and them thinking its a twisted rave again....haha

anyway, i'm hoping they set it up a bit better than when ferry was here..those lasers and fog machines were cheeeeessy, it was too bright and "rave"ish.... let the music speak for itself.

btw, convoy to sonar after armins set....!!!

Still anxiously awaiting for an official word... I still have not broken the news to my 2 friends who paid over a grand to come to Summerlove in the high hopes that something, anything will happen that night. I hope for their sakes something does. In the event that it is totally cancelled, they were really wanting to see Vancouver so do any of you have any suggestions for something to do that weekend up in Vancouver? I was up there 2 years ago and went to a club called Organix and loved it. Is that place still around? Anyone know what is happening there on the 29, 30th?

i would like to make my feelings known about summer love and twisted productions.First of all they decided to go up head to head with the IMF , big mistake , they thought they could throw names out there and sell tickets but instead they were shown up by a real promotional team who know how to do it properly.Second of all ,the trance scene has progressed alot , where it isn't underground as much anymore and people are comming out i.e fri gig at viva great venue and a top act was enjoyed by all.TWisted production has survived to this point only cause they have been able to get away with it and its really hard to criticize one of the only promo companies at the time.Twisted if you can read this , its time to clean up your act if you wont to stay in this buisness, people have alternative places to go now that arent just about makin a buck

With much regret, Summer Love Festival 2003 has officially been cancelled.

There are many reasons for this, but mainly it is due to the short time period available to coordinate such a large show. With the short time schedule, we would not be able to organize and promote the event to the quality SwingKids & Twisted Productions are known for. If we can't do it right, why do it at all.

Next year, planning will begin by March and things will be organized better. Stay tuned for a dope summer show next year!
