Are u sure it's an Armin set? because I cant find that one. However I found a set of paul Van Dyk that is about the same length and also have the tracks you mention in the end:

Yep, that look pretty much like the set i listened too, cant tell for sure since i dont know all the tracks in that tracklist sound, but the problem now is the fact that it was broadcated on NYE and theres no way NYE was on 1-12-03 now is there plus the fact that they mention armin's name at least once during the set
Anyway, i'll try and get a hold of

since it was the track after andain i really liked
