Again, the military provided evidence for unidentified lights, not alien spaceship lights. There may well have been other sources for those lights.

As a fellow skeptic, I agree with DrUg_Tit0's assessment. I might also add this part of the story from Reuters:
Seems that Mexico has a propensity for being incorrect, not just some of the time, but all of the time. You might not want to hold your breath too long for this one.
