ppl (in general) need to stop whining (not directed towards ziddy)

Sorry.. I should have specified.. I was refering that the Armin 'sets' I come across I enjoy what he spins... most of these sets NOT being ASOT... well maybe they are.. LOL but I don't listen to ASOT so I wouldn't have anything to compare to what he spins on ASOT...

Here's an idea: don't listen to ASOT, don't download any more sets, don't download any more tracks and then go see him or any other DJ......you guys seem to forget that a DJ plays for the people in the club, not all the 1337 mp3 kiddies and ASOT nerds who have heard every set that he does and every new track a thousand times.

I seem to remember exactly the same arguments last year about how PVD kept playing the same sets over and over again. DJs play for the people in the club, not the people on the internet.

Respect - well said

how is that a valid argument? playing the same set over and over again is unacceptable! I stopped listening to ASOT a long long time ago, and possibly see armin in 4 month intervals, and the sets recently have always been the fucking same!
and saying sets aren't for the internet, if a sets being recorded, they know it's going to be on the net, and seeing as the majority of people that vote for them are gonna be hillbilly yanks with an internet connection and an FTP dump, they've got to variate, surely?
a few years back when #1 DJ in the world meant something, you never ever saw the top DJ's play more than 1 or 2 tracks from one weekend to the next, let alone 4 months on, it was unheard of.
Todays trance DJ's are just fucking lazy

umm... howabout the last two times he came to roxy. both were 5 hours. you can deny but go to the new york city section of TA and there will be many other people who can confirm that. so plz, don't say something unless you are completely sure of it.

and for the person who said that armin has mediocre djing skills. at least he's better than tiesto . (hey, even bedroom djs mix better than him)

no way, setting is different. Hearing him in a good club sound system is way better than behind your p.c.
