Woah. I wasn't having a go at you, or anyone else who's expressed an opinion in this thread.
I'm suggesting that people who just parrot what they've heard on television or read in the papers and use that as their insight should really do some actual research and be prepared to think for themselves
The biggest challenge we face as a country is apathy. |
Sorry webbby, i agree with u on doing a little research and didn't mean it to come across a comment to you directly, but to both sides of the debate who sit their slinging insults because they don't agree with each other.
What everyone has to remember is that even the worst things in our lives have a good outcome for someone else, it's sad but true.
For example One country goes to war and people are killed but suddenly there are jobs making weapons and supplies and jobs to be filled by to replace those that have died ( it's a horrible fact of life I know and I dont like it but thats the way it goes.) This is why there is no "right" or "wrong vote, simply the vote that suits u best.
Different ppl place different emphasis on certain issues eg interest rates, security, refugees, legalizing e as some mentioned in another thread. I dont like a few of the Libs policies, I dont much care for howard, and I dont like some of the things liberal have done, but those things that i place emphasis on liberal appeals to more.
