יש לי בעייה בכונן

נראה עם מישהו יוכל לעזור לי
משום מה הוא מראה שהוא מלא עד הסוף אבל מה שבאמת קורה זה שיש תיקיות כפולות שאי אפשר למחוק אותם והם שוקלות 2 גיגה כל אחת
יש למישהו מושג משהו ?

תן לי דוגמא לשם של תיקיה כזאת
אולי זה וירוס
בכל מקרה תעבור ל
SAFE MODE
סגור את כל הפרוססים
ותנסה למחוק תתיקיות
אם עדיין כתוב שהם בשימוש זה וירוס
תריץ נורטון מעודכן ותראה מה הולך

שלא תמחשב בטעות תתיקיות המקוריות והווינדוס יקרוס

אם לא תצליח אז כנס לדוס עם
