that car was comfy as hell! they don't make cars that comfy anymore. so many good times in that car and at the end so many bad, when it was breaking down all the time.
Yah, they sure don't. It's like driving a couch, which I hate. This car (my New Yorker) is the exact opposite of what I should be driving. I need a 2-seater with no power steering, no power locks, no power windows, fuck, don't even give me a roof or a windshield. Put the engine in the back, and have it driving the rear wheels, with a 6-spd manual transmission. Not to mention my New Yorker is breaking an awful lot these days.
Oh wait I just described the Ariel Atom.

Nice freakin cars techead!!!
From '99 to Feb of this year my main vehicle was a '91 Pontiac Tempest...I had to put it down cause it was leaking oil at a ridiculous pace.
In late 2002 I picked up the Trans Am:
I love this bloody car! I only drive it a couple times a week durng the summer, get lots of looks from old men who are thinking "What the hell is that kid doing driving that car?!"

does anyone know of a specialized honda repair shop that deals only with hondas?
ps. another search function thread.
pps. great cars techead!
Go to Formula Honda at Markham and Finch and see Tim (Service Advisor) tell him Fahad sent you and he'll give you a 10% discount and will NOT bullshit about extra stuff wrong with your car (a myth many people fear); he is 100% honest and a good friend of mine. Did I mention before that I shop at Future Shop?

Ditto, I drive my mom's 97 Protege. Still runs well, little rusty but oh well. Looking to get a Mazda3 or a Mazdaspeed3 if God's shining down on me.

Used to drive a 92 Mazda 929 Serenia (I loved that car)
Currently drive 2003 Dark Silver MINI Cooper S Works
Land Rover gave me an LR3 to drive for a week... We'll see how that goes.
In the near future I'd like to pick up either an 85 BMW M6 Euro, or an 85 Porsche 944 S2. <--- going to be the tuner car
For your tuner, restoration, general maintanence may I suggest Engineered Automotive. Those guys rock the house!!!!

1992 Honda Civic LX
This is the best picture I could find:
I had mine painted to "Pearl white" though and so the black mirrors, door handles and side panel things (haha is that the "technical" term? ) are now all uniform colour. 5-spd manual transmission and awesome Rockford Fosgate system

That T/A is one sweet ride . cant tell what year it is from the side , but Im guessing by the honycombs and the hood profile it anywhere between a 77 and a 79
I used to have a 77 back in the eighties , wish i had not sold that one
does it have the 400 pontiac or the 403 olds engine??

techead, some seriously sweet rides. Love the firebird, such a stealthy look. Too bad I'm not rich.
I am not rich either
I work hard and long and have invested my time into cars
some people buy ott computers or stereos or clothes
i induldge in my car hobby.
I should spend more money on the house , but i am no way gettin itno the keeping up with the jonses approach that exists in my subdivision
I buy a bargain and work on it
If I was rich I would still drive the same type of cars (OK maybe a lambo or ferrari as well ) only I would have more of them ie muscle cars , JDM nissans and toyotas ,classic cars etc
but I appreciated most cars , I get the same excitement when I see a a tuner as i get when i see an exotic . for me its like music diferent stokes for different folks and justy like liking all forms of EDM I like all forms of the car hobby.
