Steam has gotten a lot better. When it was first released back in the beginning of 2003 to allow players to play the BETA of CS 1.6, it was so buggy that many times you wouldnt even be able to connect, while other times you would be able to connect, but it would take about 10 minutes. Now, Valve has done A LOT of repairs and its actually pretty good now.

The graphics look great. And lots of CS players are beginning to play the source. The only bad thing for them is they claim the hit boxes and recoil is different from the origional cs. It's good for me so i don't get pwned by people that have played it for 6yrs. Otherwise it's just a great game.

BLAH! im stuck at the part where you come out of a sewer filled with radiation and there's a helicopter waiting and you try to run away from it...HOW DO YOU DO IT?

if ur still on foot or in the boat u just have to get away from it u cant shoot it down till u get the gun attatched to the boat

u can shoot it down when u get into the tower where u open the doors to keep going in the boat. if ur not on the boat, then all u can do is hide behind the big containers or inside a building. its accuracy sucks but it hurts when u get hit, just bunnyhop ur ass outta there!

Did anyone else find the ending to be VERY inconclusive? For some reason, I felt a lot more closure with the first one (even though it left the door wide open for a sequal). Well, the end of Half Life 2 doesn't just leave the door open, it knocks down the whole fucking wall!

Very excellent game! (final fight was a little easy, but the prize wasn't all that spectacular (wide-open ending), so it's all
good)

Oh, and the modified Gravity gun PWNS ALL!!!
