back over the summer i was doing it a LOT, until i almost ODed one night. fucking shittiest experience on drugs ever (i know i posted about it on here before). so now whenever i do it i make sure not to mix with alcohol and not cut such big lines for myself.

only time i really do it nowadays is if i'm going out to a club in Chicago (1.5 hour drive) and i still have to drive home, since it'll keep me awake all night and not make me too fucked up for driving home.

it's a fun drug, but it gets shitty after a while. that's all i can really describe it as. the first time i did it i thought it was amazing and wonderful, but now i look at it like... yeeeekkkgghhh.

Unfortunately we dont get much coke over here in Australia. You should never beleive someone over here if they say they have got coke. It is usually some shit combination of Harry & Speed; or maybe cut with a bit of MDMA or something. I could say that ive had coke, but i dont know what the hell it was. Id be interested to try it when I travel to america.

Interesting thread for those of us who aren't close-minded.

So we grow up getting taught "never smoke cigarettes".

Come high school, we smoke a cigarette, then are taught "never to do drugs".

Then we smoke a joint or something and realize its not harmful at all. Then we want to move on to stronger drugs that, back then, we thought would kill us.

I havent tried anything stronger than a SHITload of marijuana, so are there any MAJOR negatives to coke or X the first time round? And, is the dependance factor really a major issue? As in, we get "addicted even the first time" trying?

that really depends on your personality type. i became highly addicted to doing "e" after i tried it for the first time. it's such and amazing feeling, i just had to do it every weekend...and i did, for about a year. then i quit drugs for a very long time, and now i'm able to do the occasional party favor without going overboard. it's all about moderation. the come down from coke is so horrible, i can't imagine people being addicted to it. if you're gonna try it, i would highly recommend scoring some xanax or valiums to pop for when the coke starts wearing off and you have no more. it really helps.


if you have a lot of self control and a normal life with responsibilities, then you might be able to try coke, enjoy it...and then not touch it again for a while. if you are depressed and going through a tough time in your life, don't even think about it.
