I hate to say it but most of the memorys from this early era aint available on CD for me, But if you have fileshare software have a look for some of the live recored mixes from the likes of Sven vath, west bam, Jam el mar, Mark spoon, DJ Dag or even Hardfloor when they done DJ sets. Look out for mixes from around 91-94 from places like The Dorian Gray in Germany, or if you can find Any of the Goa full moon partys from around 92 with the likes of Astral Projection, Space Tribe, Infected Mushroom, Atmos. One great Mix (and i know people our sick of hearing it brought up) is the Oakenfold Radio 1 Goa mixes (the first part any way).

The best musical moments in my life our locked in my head, no CD or DJ could every reproduce them, Stepping of a plane in Frankfurt and entering the dorian gray in 92, and being over come by this music played and executed to perfection in those surroundings is something you talk about for the rest of your life.

Everyone has their best times and memorys, for me the late 80's and early 90's were mine.

I dont knock anyone for what they like or dislike, what they play or dont play, i keep my musical endevours close to my heart, its something we all should never loose.

And on a side note, I have somewhat the same feeling when rehearing some '95 and earlier hardcore sets.. Brings back all the memories.

The older trance was so great, rarely hear new tracks which I think are very good. The last track which gave me this was from 2004. Maybe I just don't search enough.

My favourite old trance track ever is: Mystic Force - Starbust, it's so beautiful, hypnotic...I could fly while listening to this tune.

in the last years i go on and on to listen at asot or similar but
re-listening to old tracks remembered me that are this track that let me feel the real trance-atmosphere..
in effect tracks like that of goahead or blue alphabet that i mentioned before or even "brainchild" or "distant planet",represent my ever favorite trance period!
